How do I order replacement equipment?

Passenger stepped on your tablet’s charging cable on the way out of the car, or your charging port is acting up? No problem! We have free replacement charging cables, charging ports, and velcro mounts available for shipment.

Please note: We have found when troubleshooting tablets in our office that 95% of charging issues can be fixed with a replacement charging cable. If the metal piece on the charging cable that goes into your tablet or the cable itself is bent, it may prevent your tablet from charging properly.

How do I order replacement equipment using the Octopus Driver App?
